i'm getting better!
Hello! How are you today? i hope you're good! I'm very sore- and i mean very very sore! Yesterday i had one of the most activ days i've had in a long long long time! We went on a long ass walk/powerwalk/intervall (?) running in the morning, it took us about 1 hour and 30 min and in the afternoon, we went swimming! i think we stayed there for almost two hours. I was so so tired but i did pilates before i went to bed, i woke up and i couldn't move my body- i love it.
I'm right now sitting down in the room i do my pilates- i got down with todays workout- armday! it was a long time ago i really worked on my arms- i hope i'm sore tomorrow but i think i'm going to do one more video to really get them sore and strong!
I've been thinking more about 2016 and i've started to write down things i want to do. i wrote down a 3 weeks plan for the dances i do before pilates as cardio/warm up, i wrote about goals and things i wanted to do! i'm already starting doing the things because why do i need to wait for the first day of the next year to work on the things i want to get done? i don't!

soon 3 years of pilates! i'm so proud of myself!!! I also want to go back in time and slap myself for wearing all pink- at this time i thought it looked good.... what was i thinking?
