It's midnight here now and i'm about to go to bed, just thought i'd drop in and write a little something something!
I need to get more cardio in my workout, i need to sweat more. This is something i've been thinking about for a long time and for about a week ago (did anyone "sing" that in their minds?) i started to do dance videos before my blogilates videos! I can't dance for shit- let me tell you that! But it's so much fun! it gets your heart pumping and the sweat flowing! i'm going to do some kind of a dance program so i know what videos to do when, right now i'm doing a ab dance thing and i guess it's more a focus on abs and not cardio but i like it! i'm on my second week of doing it and i'm going to see if it helps anything, what i've had in mind is that i'm going to follow the Blogilates calendar- duh but i'm also- as a warm up- going to do dance videos from someone else (going to write the name when i'm not too lazy to look it up)
I'm also going to change this blog up and use it more! Just by this, writing this, i feel happy! i feel the want to workout and so on! I believe you need to find your own way to become motivated, when you find that way- everything will fit in. If you do a workout and you hate it, you're not going to get the results(?) you want, you're just going to do it and now give a 100%. When you do something you think is fun, you push yourself harder and BAM- you get the body you want. I can go on and on about this but i also know that you have to love your body for what it is. The body is one amazing thing if you think about it. You can do a lot of things and it keeps you protected from a lot of other things- it sounds weird i know but just think about how happy you should be because you can live,breathe, laugh and everything like that! I also know that i shouldn't be the person saying this when me myself is not too happy about my own body and skin. I think i'm going to try my best to become happy with how i look in 2016- and i mean really try. Yes i might not be super skinny but damn i got curves. I'm going to try to become more confident bc you know, as Demi says- "what's wrong with being confident?"
